Who is Warwick Stuart?

Warwick Stuart Pty. Ltd. is an incorporated company in Australia. It was founded by Chris Mundy in 2007 and is based in the Australian Capital Territory.

Our goal is to provide brilliant solutions that exceed our client’s expectations.

The Team

Chris Mundy

Digital Business Consultant and Trainer

(Grad Dip. Information Technology)

Chris has been involved with Information Technology and Engineering for over 30 years.

He is the creator of the Visualising IT course that helps people communicate Technology using Diagrams, Drawings and Presentations. He also teaches Business Case Writing, Project Management techniques along with Agile and Scrum overviews.

Chris’ provides Digital Business Consultancy work through Your Web Presence helping people create, share and engage online so they can connect with customers and grow their business.

Chris has previously specialised in enterprise architecture modelling and presentations, web architecture, governance, program and project management for management of large and small government institutions that build business enterprise applications and systems.

Previously, he has been a subject matter expert in the delivery of Asset Management Systems internationally. His early engineering experience involved designing production engineering tooling and equipment along with bakery equipment for the sectors in manufacturing.

Chris has worked as part of the team redeveloping the enterprise architecture for the Parliament of Australia, managing and designing web solutions for a Government law enforcement agency, providing enterprise architecture, quality improvement services, project management servicesto Centrelink and the Australia Taxation Office, managing and implementing asset maintenance management system for the Australian Government’s Overseas Property Portfolio and Mainpac Systems.

Within these organisations he has had the role as Enterprise Architect, Web Team Manager, Quality Improvement Officer, Project Coordinator and Project Manager, Consultant, Software Support Engineer and Systems Administrator, Design and Detail draftsperson.

Katelyn Melmoth

Assistant

Katelyn's background and skills are primarily found in administration and education. 

She joined the Warwick Stuart team in 2018, providing assistance to the team in all areas of the business. 

Katelyn focuses primarily on marketing, and also enjoys assisting clients to get aspects of their web presence up and running.

Ian has been involved with Electronics Engineering and Systems Engineering for over 30 years.

Ian is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMBOK) and a highly experienced and capable Project Management and Governance Specialist who has been involved in Government business and the IT industry for over 25 years.

Ian specialises in requirements analysis and definition, planning, management and support of business capabilities, government programs and information management systems.

Ian has relevant tertiary and specialist qualifications in project management, software engineering, traditional and agile/adaptive software development, quality management, process improvement, change management, team leadership and benefits management.

Ian has been a successful project manager, project director, programme manager, requirements manager, business systems analyst and transition manager.

Ian has set up and managed project and programme management offices and has established a project management centre of excellence (COE) and provided COE services to major government programmes.

Ian has end-to-end ICT and applications development project experience and sound skills in planning, road mapping, process mapping, dependency mapping and risk management and business change management.
